Home Owners

Type of project

  • Before starting major renovation or extension order a Site Plan Survey.

  • Extensive changes to the layout of existing home a Floor Plan is usefull.

  • Any project that requires a DA will need a Site Plan, such as rasing, moving or extdening your house.

  • If your project is not major, such as building a deck or just adding a small room a Partial Site Plan may be all you need.

Type of Survey

  • Depending on the type of project, and what stage your project is at, the type of survey will vary.

  • We provide a variety of Survey Plans and services to suit your project.

Certification

  • A building location certificate - Form 12, is Government form that refers to a building's location, height or both.

  • It infroms rhe building certifier that the construction has been built in accordance with the approved plans.

  • A building Set Out Survey is essential prior to construction commencing to aviod mistakes and future issues.

Boundary Fencing & Retaining

  • For any work on or near any property boundary it is critical to establish the exact boundary loaction first.

  • This will require a Boundary Identification Survey 

  • ​A Boundary Survey also recors the location of any structures close to the boundary. If any structure extends over the boundary it may be considered an encroachment.

Building Designers

Site Plan with Photography and Point Cloud

  • 360-degree photos with walk through covering the entire site.

  • Extract measurements and levels from the splat.

  • See the site as it, virtual site visit.

Site Plans for Reno's and New Builds

  • Levels and contours at AHD derived datum, exisiting features, exisiting building details, significant vegetation.

  • Services visible at surface levels, neighbouring building details, Natural ground plan showing BCC contours when required to determined maximum building heights for house raises and certification.

  • Plans will be provided in pdf and dwg (CAD) format by email.
    Paper plans can be provided on request.
