House Location Plans

House location plans have lot less detail than Site Plans or Contour & Detail Surveys and hence they cost less money. They are meant to satisfy very simple design needs.

• They're simpler & less detailed

• They show the relationship of proposed works to the boundary

• For lifting or moving an existing house and minor works on a small slope.

 

Caution should be exercised when choosing a house location plan insofar as considering the full extent of the project in mind as it will likely be more expensive in the long run if you later decide that more information is needed thus requiring further site visits
